Vision and Mission
Our vision is to create a well run, professionally managed and staffed, plumbing and floor heating company that provides its clients with expert advice, workmanship, and knowledge of our products we promote. As a company we will always remain open minded, and show all new products being introduced in todays marketplace. Products like Solar Hydronics, and Geo Thermo are our newest ventures.

Company History

The company began in 1984, known as Paul McRoberts Plumbing Inc. We started in plumbing service, hot water heating, and new construction installations of both. In 1992, McRoberts Plumbing was introduced to a new method of heating in which plastic (pex) tubing was installed in concrete floors for radiant heating.

To show our clients that we were going to change directions in the construction industry, we started iFH Designs & Installations Inc. in the year 2000. We now specialize in the growing market of hydronic heating, and the help in the changing environment and in the Think Green Attitude.

Ownership

The company is a family-owned operation, now in its 23 year (1984-2007). The company is owned and operated by Paul McRoberts.

Organizational Structure

iFH Designs & Installations organizational structure is designed along functional lines, but, as in any small company, requires each individual to perform more than one job. The President, Paul McRoberts, is generally in charge of operations, the day-to-day business. Andrew Wilhelm is our Field Operation Supervisor, who maintains the construction installations, and works with our customers.

The responsibilities in marketing and design are handled by Karna McRoberts. With the new building code requirements, all new housing requires complete heat loss, and design summaries done.

iFH Designs and Installations Inc. stands behind their installations and workmanship to guarantee that our floor heating and plumbing systems work to their full potential. We assure you that all of the products we install are CSA approved.

Great Father, Best Friend, Fellow Worker. On June 1st, 2005 we lost one of our best technicians, best friend, a great father, and all around great man. Ken, age 34, suddenly at home died from a heart attack. Ken is sadly missed by his family, friends, and all acquaintances who had the privilege of working with him.
